Bench Press/Seated Row Station: allows for different size users and a variety of exercises including Bench Press, Incline Press, Shoulder Press and Mid Row. 1:1 Weight Ratio

Seat/Seat Back: back pad tilts to ensure full support when performing incline and shoulder presses.

Ab Crunch Station: for abdominal training and overhead Triceps, etc. 1:1 Weight Ratio
